Possibly a unique opportunity to acquire one of the highest specification ASM cars that we have
built.
Commissioned by great Aston Martin fan and car enthusiast to join an impressive collection. Now
for sale reluctantly due to racing commitments.
CB61ACE is one of our full Aluminium body cars built over 2021-2022 and fitted with a highly
reworked Aston Martin DB4 engine at 4.2litre capacity.
The engine was rebuilt by marque specialist Oselli Engineering to a fast road / Vantage plus
specification and supplied to ASM already dyno run and ready to go.
Featuring twin plug GT cylinder head with custom cams and balanced internals.
The engine is mated to a rebuilt Toyota W55 series five speed manual transmission complete with
ASM sotted gear gate feature.
This then feeds the power into a Quaife ATB differential unit.
The power is finally delivered to the road via custom Borrani alloy rim wheels sporting Avon
TurboSteel 670R16 radial rubber.
The car has undergone the DVSA IVA testing process and was successfully tested on 14/02/2022
and issued IVA certificate number RV260187
Subsequently registered in November of that year as TUJ 705H - the current number being a
personal number.
The car has been specified to a very high standard throughout.
Such details as the already mentioned Borrani wheels and genuine Boirrani three ear spinners.
Period racing details including racing spotlights, painted roundels with illumination and vinyl
numerals, yellow nose marker identification band, four point Willans harness and removable track
roll bar.
The engine was fitted with a fully managed injection system incorporating Jenvey Dynamics
heritage throttle bodies and twin spark ignition by coil pack. All managed by Emerald 3DM K6
plus ECU.
Rolling road figures giving 302 bhp and 305 lbs.ft
Trimmed with our special replica AM fabric and also sporting diamond stitched transmission cover
and matching green carpet.
Half zipped tonneau cover also included for those Continental trips!
The dashboard features our special ASM black over green crackle paint finish complete with period
switch gear and instrumentation.
The car is currently garaged with the owner (Leicestershire) resting in excellent conditions but can
be transported to ASM works for appraisal by prior arrangement.
This represents an excellent opportunity to acquire one of the top specification cars that rarely
come to market.
Currently, a build of this type would command a price in excess of £250,000 and would likely
require a two year lead time for project completion.
Please feel free to contact ASM for more details.
